What is the turnaround time for custom mahjong sets?
Our standard turnaround time of manhjong sets is 12-15 days, 15-25 days for larger volume orders. But rush options are available to meet your timeline. These turnarounds do not include transit time. The turnaround time begins once your artwork is approved.
Do you use Pantone colors on mahjong tiles?
Absolutely. We strictly follow Pantone color standards for mahjong tile printing, ensuring 100% color accuracy and consistency that matches your brand or design specifications perfectly.
Do you offer custom mahjong tile sizes (not only standard size)?
Of course! We offer fully customizable mahjong tile sizes, in addition to the popular American mahjong size; from 25mm mini to 40mm large or other sizes, all can be tailored to your specific size requirements.
Do you offer multi - layer / colored edges?
Yes, we offer multi – layer acrylic tiles and colored edges. We can infuse custom colors into the edge layers or apply precision -painted edges for a unique, layered visual effect.
What is your MOQ?
For standard designs, the minimum order quantity for a single layer of our acrylic mahjong set is 50 sets, and the minimum order quantity for two layers or more is 100 sets.
