What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
50 sets is our MOQ, if you could order 100 sets the price will be better.
How long does it take to produce samples?
- We will determine the production time based on the material color and thickness of your mahjong set.
- If you choose standard white, it will take about 10 days to complete a sample.
- If the raw material needs to be customized, production will take 20–30 days, as material customization alone can take up to 15 days.
What format do you need the designs in and also what is your printing process for the tiles?
Currently our customers send us editable AI or PDF formats.
If you have whatsapp, we can set up a video meeting to show you examples.
Do the design files we send need to be in Pantone colors or full color process?
We recommend that design files be created using Pantone colors to ensure the highest color accuracy in printing. However, it is not mandatory. If it is difficult for you to prepare Pantone files, you may also provide the full-color design along with the Pantone code for each color, and our team will handle the color matching accordingly.
How do you typically package the mahjong tiles?
We offer various packaging options for mahjong tiles, including acrylic boxes, velvet bags, canvas bags, and custom cardboard boxes.
Most of our clients prefer to pack one full set of tiles in a custom cardboard box, then include a tile bag (such as a velvet or canvas pouch) within the package. These are then individually shipped to their customers.
What is the estimated shipping time?
The estimated shipping time is approximately one month, depending on your destination and the chosen shipping method. We will provide tracking details once the order is dispatched and keep you informed throughout the process.
